In education in 2011, amid many discussions concerning content, process, and monetary cutbacks we must decide what our action will be. As stated in a recent article this means leadership is ever more needed to cut through it all and sail into the future. Communication is a key topic, one not left to a few to make change, but to all. Where do we start is the question? I hope that the start is in the hands of the teachers who create the lessons and the environments where children learn and grow.
